The downloaded clip format can be changed to ensure compatibility with other devices.

To change the format for downloaded video clips: #

1. Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
2. Click Video.
3. Click Settings.
4. Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the video device to be edited.
5. Click Saved Video.
6. Using the Downloaded Clip Format dropdown menu, select the desired clip format.

Note: Selecting Ask me every time will force a format selection for each clip downloaded.

7. Click Save.
